Return & Exchange policy

We want you to love your jewellery! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• To start a return, please contact us at Madhusehjramta@gmail.com or Phone No:- 9816093919 with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns on custom-made, personalized, or sale items unless they are damaged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on the situation.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
